Join and watch your faith and knowledge grow! The Old Testament contains countless stories and passages that provide modern readers great beauty and comfort. But for every story that is beautiful, there is another that is horrendous or confusing. This is understandable given the centuries that separate our culture from that of the Israelite people of the Old Testament. These sessions will guide your through their world — from the Creation Stories in Genesis to the Israelites captivity in Egypt, from King David to the prophets. We learn that God who was present and active in ancient Israel is the same God who continues to calls u into a covenant relationship. Everyone welcome—no experience, no previous knowledge of the Bible is necessary!
