Prayer is Communication
As St. Alphonsus Liguori teaches us, prayer is speaking from
the heart with God.
God communicates with us directly through His Word and
circumstances of life, and His Holy Spirit of love guides us.
In prayer we dialogue with God, and humbly offer our lives
to Him, in all its dimensions, trusting in Him.
Our worship is our expression of love, trust and devotion
to God.
