Phase II: Catechumenate

After several months, those who wish to continue their study become Catechumens. Catechumens are those who believe in Jesus and want to live out that belief as part of the Catholic community. They are now members of the Church, but not fully initiated. In this second phase, they learn more specific information about Catholicism.
