Lyric Soprano and Vocal Coach, Kelly Dudley, is a Minnesota Native with extensive training from Vienna, Austria. Having studied Opera Performance at Prayner Konservatorium in Vienna in the mainstream classical tradition, Ms Dudley has sung internationally as an opera and concert singer, specializing in the performance of German Opera and Operetta.
Ms Dudley began her musical education as a child by studying piano and music theory starting at the age of 6, and was highly involved with Music Ministry at her home parish, St. Stephen’s Catholic Church, located in Anoka MN. After completing her undergraduate degree in Vocal Music from Augsburg University (Minneapolis, MN), Ms Dudley began her training in the city of Music, Vienna, Austria.
During her time in Austria, Ms. Dudley was the director for Musical Munchkins GmbH, a private music school in the heart of Vienna in English.In her time at Musical Munchkins Ms Dudley also worked as a Classroom Teacher, specializing in ages 2-5, as well as a private instructor of all ages in Piano and Vocal Production.
After the completion of her Master’s Degree in Opera Performance, Ms. Dudley has returned to her roots of Liturgical Music and Choral Conducting. She is excited to learn more about the community at St. Alphonsus Church, as well as share her extensive knowledge of piano and vocal performance with the Music Ministry team and choirs.
